Kia Ora from Rocky Ora!!
Rocky Ora Netball Club is associated with the Rockingham District Netball Association and based at the Mike Barnett Sporting Complex, Dixon Rd, Rockingham.
Our club colours are green, black and white.
A group of ladies who had played together for years had the opportunity to fill in for a New Zealand team which had entered into the Inaugural Perth Maori Tournament in Noranda. From there, the Netball Tournament fever took over and the name Rocky Ora was born and used to entered two teams to particpate in the tournament the following year.
Rocky Ora has two teams participating in the Rockingham District Netball competition.
Our A1 & A3 teams finished 4th on the ladder for the 2009 season.
The next time our ladies represent the club is at the 2009 Moari Netball Tournament which is held on the 26th / 27th September in Noranda. We would like to wish all of our ladies an awesome tournament. GO HARD GIRLS!!
